What we eat can actually lower the risk of chronic diseases like cancer. In no way do studies suggest that food can completely cure cancer. But what we eat can actually lower the risk of chronic diseases like cancer. Many foods contain naturally occurring compounds and nutrients that are known for their anti-cancer properties.

1. Nuts




Many research shows that various nuts can help reduce certain types of cancer risks in people such as colorectal, pancreatic, and endometrial cancers. 2. Berries
