It is the spookiest time of the year. Halloween is finally here! Some people like to dress up in costumes and play pranks whereas some just want to indulge in candy and delicious treats. No matter how old you are, trick and treat and good food never get old. India is a diverse country and we love festivals. So it is no surprise that in many parts of our country Halloween is already loved being celebrated.
Halloween’21 at Orange Figs was a day of scream-worthy experiences where we all dressed and showed u in our scariest costumes ever! Kids put on their imagination at work and came up with the spookiest, artistic, and in some cases the cutest outfits and appearances ever. Creativity, makeup, and a lot of fun was the guest star of our party. It was full of treats too but none of the tricks showed up. Parents joined us in our day of terror too. And just like that Halloween became an important day to spend time with family. Orange Figs constantly promotes family time as it is of high importance these days.

It is celebrated on the last day of October all around the world. It was believed that at the end of each year this world of the living and the next world of the dead is connected and becomes one. This time also marks the end of the season and the beginning of winters. This day became popular in the 1800s. Soon the medieval rituals and ceremonies evolved into a fun and lighthearted games and parties. Ghosts and monsters became a part of our life on this day. People started dressing up in creative costumes and children too would go door to door asking for treats. This day gives us the reference to ghosts, goblins, witches, and all the spooky creatures.
The most important part of this holiday is getting together, bringing out our creativity, and having fun. For most of us, the busy schedule and late hours of work are very common. Halloween is the day when the story ends and we accept the dual sides of life. It is the time for spending with family and getting new and fresh perspectives on life.
