The tradition of presenting brothers with sweets on Raksha Bandhan is well known to everyone. Although how amazing it would be if the sweet was as healthy and nutritious as it is tasty?

The nuts and dates are the best sources of protein, good fats, and oils, energy, and iron. All this is assorted and packed with delicious condensed milk.
- ½ Cup of chopped seedless dates
- ½ Cup of chopped Dried fruits (pistachio, almonds, cashews, etc.)
- 1 tsp of Butter
- 1 ½ of Condensed Milk
- 5-7 Saffron
- 1 Pinch of Cardamom Powder
- Butter for greasing
Put butter in the pan and add the condensed milk in it. Then add the dates and cook for a few minutes until it is mushy.
Take out the mixture in another bowl and add the mixed fruit in it. Then add the cardamom powder and saffron too. Mix well and keep it aside to cool.
Take a piece of foil and grease it with butter. Now, put the mixture of dates and dried fruits in an even layer. Fold the foil in a cylindrical form with the mixture inside it.
Keep the mixture wrapped with foil in the refrigerator for 30-40 min.
Cut it in ½” slices after taking it out.
Serve immediately or store in an air-tight container and use later.
